Design Architecture
Semi-automated workflow:
- Power on — chassis begins heating to set temperature
- Set parameters — temperature (80–200 °C), seal time (0.5–10 s) via "PUSH TO SET" knob
- Load plate — press "PLATE In/Out" button to open drawer; place appropriate plate adapter in drawer; place microplate on adapter; place sealing film on plate; place weighted platen on top (recommended)
- Seal cycle — press "PLATE In/Out" to close drawer; chassis applies temperature + time + pressure; seal complete
- Unload — press "PLATE In/Out" to open drawer; remove sealed plate

- Motorized drawer auto-reverse — if blocked during motion, drawer automatically reverses to prevent injury or damage
