Recommended Sealing Setting

Per SmartSeal brochure: 175 °C, 3 seconds for "Most Foil Seals." Actual settings for the strong-bonding MS1000-F2 may require slight adjustment to the 175 °C / 3 s starting point. The strong-bond formulation may benefit from slightly higher temperature or slightly longer time for full bond activation. Tune within the chassis's 80–200 °C / 0.5–10 s range per workflow.
