About True Scientific
True Scientific is the scientific cold-storage line built by True Manufacturing in O'Fallon, Missouri. The range is organised into three application families — Pharmacy (2°C to 8°C, for drugs, vaccines and pharmaceuticals), Laboratory (2°C to 10°C, for reagents, biologics and research materials) and Chromatography (2°C to 10°C, for chromatography supplies, buffers and tall containers). Every cabinet uses R290 natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential, is Energy Star certified, and meets NSF 456 performance standards. Temperature is read from a glycol-filled probe bottle so the controller reports product temperature rather than air temperature, and alarms cover high/low temperature, door ajar, power failure and sensor failure.
