Account Tiers
Legacy Lab Supplies uses an account tier system to provide the right level of service and payment options for each customer. Your tier determines available payment methods, credit terms, and account features.
Guest
Browse products, request quotes, and view spec sheets. No account required for basic browsing and RFQ submission.
Registered
Save shipping addresses, track order history, and access your equipment registry. Created when you sign up for an account.
Customer
Automatically assigned after your first completed purchase. Access order history, invoices, and repeat ordering features.
Credit
Approved for NET 30 payment terms and purchase order submissions. Requires a credit application. See Payments & Billing for details.
Verified
Fully verified institutional accounts with established purchase history. May qualify for volume pricing, deposit waivers on capital equipment, and dedicated account management.
How to Create an Account
- 1Visit our sign-in page and click "Create Account."
- 2Enter your name, organization, email address, and create a password.
- 3Verify your email address by clicking the confirmation link.
- 4Complete your profile by adding your organization details, shipping address, and contact preferences.
You start at the Registered tier immediately upon account creation. Your tier upgrades automatically as you build your purchase history.
Equipment Registry
Your account includes an equipment registry — a centralized record of all laboratory equipment purchased through Legacy Lab Supplies. The registry helps you track warranty status, maintenance schedules, and replacement part compatibility.
Registry Features
- • View all purchased equipment with model numbers and serial numbers
- • Track warranty expiration dates for each piece of equipment
- • Find compatible replacement parts and accessories quickly
- • Access purchase history and original invoices
- • Initiate warranty claims or support requests directly from the registry
Equipment is automatically added to your registry when orders are completed. You can also manually add equipment purchased before your account was created.
Downloading Spec Sheets & Documents
Legacy Lab Supplies provides technical documentation for all products from our authorized manufacturers — Yamato Scientific, Haier Biomedical, Scientemp, Benchmark Scientific, and True Scientific.
Available Documents
- • Spec Sheets — Technical specifications, dimensions, and performance data
- • User Manuals — Operation instructions and safety guidelines
- • Installation Guides — Setup requirements and site preparation
- • Warranty Documentation — Terms, coverage, and registration forms
- • Compliance Certificates — UL, CE, and other certification documents
Spec sheets are available on individual product pages. Registered users can also download documents from their account dashboard and equipment registry. Need a document you can't find? Contact us and we'll source it from the manufacturer.
Managing Your Profile
From your account dashboard, you can update your contact information, manage shipping addresses, view order history, and adjust notification preferences.
