The Standard We Work Toward

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as our target for the site’s core shopping and quoting paths. We treat this as ongoing work, not a finished state: we review pages as we build and update them, and we fix issues as we find them.

What We’ve Done and Are Doing

• ■Semantic page structure and labels so assistive technology can read the catalog, product pages, and forms.
• ■Keyboard access to the main navigation, product browsing, quote request, and checkout.
• ■Text alternatives for product images.
• ■Support for your browser and operating system settings, including reduced-motion preferences.
• ■A convenience toolbar for adjusting text size, contrast, and motion. This toolbar is a helper; it is not a substitute for the accessibility of the site itself.

Known Limitations

We know some areas still need work, and we are addressing them:

• ■Some older or third-party content, such as embedded documents, supplier PDFs, and the payment provider’s checkout fields, may not yet meet our target.
• ■Some product images use general descriptions that we are improving to name the brand, model, and product type.
• ■The visitor accessibility toolbar is currently in review.
