How to Order from Legacy Lab Supplies
Legacy Lab Supplies is an authorized distributor of professional laboratory equipment from leading manufacturers including Yamato Scientific, Haier Biomedical, Scientemp, Benchmark Scientific, and True Scientific. We serve research institutions, universities, hospitals, government agencies, and commercial laboratories across the United States.
There are no minimum order requirements. Whether you need a single replacement part or a full laboratory buildout, we provide the same level of service and competitive pricing.
Request for Quote (RFQ)
For capital equipment and large orders, we recommend submitting a Request for Quote. Our sales team will prepare a formal quote tailored to your needs, including product pricing, shipping estimates, and any applicable volume discounts.
RFQ Process
- 1Submit your RFQ via our Request a Quote form or email sales@legacylabsupplies.com.
- 2Include SKU numbers, quantities, delivery location, and any special requirements.
- 3Receive a formal quote from our sales team, typically within 1–2 business days.
- 4Review and approve the quote to proceed with your order.
Quote Validity: All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After 30 days, pricing and availability may need to be re-confirmed.
Purchase Order (PO) Submission
We accept purchase orders from qualified institutions and businesses with approved credit terms. POs can reference an existing quote number for faster processing.
Your PO Should Include
- • Organization name and billing address
- • Shipping address (if different)
- • Product SKUs, descriptions, and quantities
- • PO number and LLS quote number (if applicable)
- • Authorized signatory name and contact info
Submit your PO through our PO submission portal or email it directly to sales@legacylabsupplies.com.
