2. OEM vs. Aftermarket Parts
When replacing parts on your laboratory equipment, the source matters. Here's what to know.
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)
Parts made by or specified by the equipment manufacturer. Guaranteed compatibility, maintains warranty, and meets original specifications. We sell OEM parts from all our authorized manufacturers.
When OEM Matters Most
Temperature-critical components (probes, controllers), safety components (BSC filters, autoclave gaskets), and anything that affects calibration or certification should always be OEM.
Our Recommendation
We only sell OEM and manufacturer-approved parts. As an authorized distributor, every part we ship is exactly what the manufacturer specifies for your equipment.
3. Ordering & Shipping
Accessories, parts, and consumables ship fast — no freight, no liftgates, no complicated logistics.
Shipping Method
All non-capital items ship via UPS or FedEx ground. Standard shipping is included in most orders. Express and overnight options available at checkout.
Typical Delivery
In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Most deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Payment
Full payment at time of order — credit card, purchase order, or wire transfer. No deposit structure needed like capital equipment.
Returns
30-day return window on unopened items, subject to manufacturer approval. Consumables and custom-ordered parts are final sale. A 20% restocking fee applies to standard returns.
