The MR9600-650 is the 650 nm wavelength filter for the Accuris MR9600 SmartReader 96, single-wavelength interference filter at 650 nm visible-range wavelength. Common workflow applications: TMB pre-stop kinetic readings (TMB develops blue color at ~650 nm during HRP catalysis BEFORE sulfuric-acid stop converts to yellow at 450 nm; kinetic readings at 650 nm provide real-time TMB development monitoring), BCIP-NBT alkaline phosphatase substrate quantification, methylene blue colorimetric assays.

TMB kinetic readings before stop solution. TMB develops blue color at ~650 nm during HRP catalysis (before sulfuric-acid stop converts the chromophore to yellow at 450 nm). Reading at 650 nm during catalysis provides real-time TMB development monitoring, useful for optimizing ELISA timing or for kinetic ELISA protocols.
BCIP-NBT alkaline phosphatase substrate. Alternative to pNP-AP detection; BCIP-NBT precipitate absorbs in the 600-650 nm range.
Methylene blue colorimetric assays. Methylene blue stain quantification.
