The MR9600-620 is the 620 nm wavelength filter for the Accuris MR9600 SmartReader 96 — single-wavelength interference filter at 620 nm visible-range wavelength. Common workflow applications: turbidity / cell density alternative wavelength, methylene blue colorimetric assays, and ELISA reference wavelength subtraction (some ELISA protocols use 620 nm as the reference wavelength to subtract from the 450 nm primary wavelength, correcting for plate / sample artifacts).
