The MR9600-415 is the 415 nm wavelength filter for the Accuris MR9600 SmartReader 96 — single-wavelength interference filter at 415 nm visible-range wavelength. The 415 nm wavelength is in the heme-protein Soret band absorbance region — used for cytochrome c, hemoglobin, myoglobin, peroxidase, and catalase quantification where the Soret band's high molar extinction coefficient delivers sensitive absorbance measurement.

Peroxidase activity assays — horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and other peroxidase enzyme-activity workflows where the heme-iron oxidation state changes the Soret-band absorbance.
Catalase activity assays — heme-protein catalase activity quantification.
Hemoglobin assays in clinical-research workflows — research hemoglobin quantification for hematology workflows.
