The PR2121-L-1000 is the 1,000-reaction mid-throughput pack of the Accuris qMAX Probe One-Step RT-qPCR Kit in the Low ROX formulation. Same probe-based one-step RT-qPCR chemistry as the PR2121-N-1000 (No ROX sister); the Low ROX formulation is compatible with Applied Biosystems QuantStudio (newer models) and Stratagene Mx3000P / Mx3005P real-time cyclers that require Low ROX as a passive reference dye.
