The PR2121-H-1000 is the 1,000-reaction mid-throughput pack of the Accuris qMAX Probe One-Step RT-qPCR Kit in the High ROX formulation. Same probe-based one-step RT-qPCR chemistry as the PR2121-N-1000 (No ROX sister); the High ROX formulation is compatible with older Applied Biosystems real-time cyclers (7000, 7300, 7500, 7900HT) that require High ROX as a passive reference dye.
