Same SYBR Green-based one-step RT-qPCR chemistry as the PR2120-N-1000 (No ROX sister SKU); the Low ROX formulation is compatible with cyclers that require Low ROX as a passive reference dye (Applied Biosystems QuantStudio newer models, Stratagene Mx3000P / Mx3005P).
