The PR2120-H-1000 is the 1,000-reaction mid-throughput pack of the Accuris qMAX Green One-Step RT-qPCR Kit in the High ROX formulation. Same SYBR Green-based one-step RT-qPCR chemistry as the PR2120-N-1000 (No ROX sister SKU); the High ROX formulation is compatible with older Applied Biosystems real-time cyclers (7000, 7300, 7500, 7900HT) that require High ROX as a passive reference dye for normalization.

The High ROX formulation is the legacy AB cycler variant — appropriate for labs operating older Applied Biosystems 7000 series, 7300, 7500, or 7900HT cyclers that haven't been upgraded to QuantStudio (which uses Low ROX). Confirm cycler model and ROX requirement at order; using the wrong ROX formulation produces inaccurate normalization.
Storage & handling. Per kit instructions — typical RT-qPCR master mix storage at −20 °C.
