The Yamato RG202B is Glassware Set B for the RE-202/212 rotary evaporators — the standard glass set with a vertically set condenser, designed for limited space. Because it is vertical, three Glassware B evaporators fit in a standard fume hood. The cooling condenser is a double corrugated tube with a 0.143 m² cooling surface.

Set B fits the Yamato RE-202/212 and REV-202M/212M rotary evaporator stand and is the glassware supplied on the "B" configuration models (e.g. RE-202-BWA, RE-212-BW2A, REV-202M-BWA). Order it as a replacement or to convert a base RE-202-A/RE-212-A body to a vertical condenser. It ships with a condenser bracket. Matching rotary joint: product code 255721 (29/38) or 255723 (24/40). Choose Set B for a compact vertical layout; Set A (RG202A) for the traditional diagonal condenser, or Set C (RGB202C) for a cold-finger condenser.
Why choose Set B over Set A? Set B's vertical condenser saves bench and hood space — three Glassware B units fit in a standard fume hood — where Set A's diagonal condenser is wider.
Does it need a condenser bracket? Yes, and the bracket is included with the B (and C) glassware sets.
What flask sizes does it take? Evaporation flasks 50–2000 ml (optional reducer for small flasks); receiving flasks 100–2000 ml.
