The DKV-610 is the 150-liter, 220V member of Yamato's programmable DKV forced-convection family — identical chamber, VSD-1 controller, and performance to the 115V DKV-600, differing only in electrical supply. It brings the same 3.5-inch color-LCD programmable control and communication/output terminals to labs on 220V single-phase service, with forced convection delivering the family's tightest ±0.5°C fluctuation and a 9°C gradient (per brochure test conditions). Ships without a plug (round terminal) for hardwired 220V installation.

Application Profile
The DKV-610 serves the same higher-throughput, method-driven thermal processing as its 115V twin — multi-step drying/curing profiles, timed ramp-and-hold cycles, timed auto-start runs, and supervised processes with data output up to 260°C — for labs on 220V single-phase power. With 13 shelf steps and ~60 kg total load capacity, it handles multiple racks or larger labware per programmed run. Programmable forced convection is the right choice where both uniformity and repeatable process execution at scale are required.
Design Architecture
Air is driven through a stainless-steel chamber inside a chromium-free electrogalvanized steel, baked-on-finish exterior. A 2.5 kW SUS tube heater is governed by PID control from a microcomputer via the VSD-1 controller with a 3.5-inch color LCD, reading a K-thermocouple. Operation modes: Fixed temperature, Quick Auto-Stop, Auto-Stop, Auto-Start, Programmed Auto-Start, and Program operation; timer 1 min to 99 h 59 min. Additional functions: calibration offset, power-failure return mode, timer-wait, security management, upper/lower temperature-limit alarms, fan-OFF delay, program preview, operation-trend display. Terminals: RS-485, 4–20 mA temperature output, time-up output, error output, recorder terminal. Door hinges click at 30° and 120°. One 33 mm I.D. cable port (right) and two 33 mm I.D. exhaust ports (top) are standard.
Safety: extensive self-diagnostics (automatic over-temperature protection, sensor error, SSR short, heater disconnection, fan error, clock/relay/memory/comm errors), an independent overheat-prevention device, door switch/door alarm, and an overcurrent leakage breaker. Never use in flammable/explosive atmospheres or with flammable materials.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the DKV-610 and the DKV-600? They share the same chamber, VSD-1 controller, and performance. The DKV-610 is the 220V version (7.5A, no plug, round terminal) and the DKV-600 is the 115V version (13.5A, with plug).
What temperature and uniformity does the DKV-610 deliver? Room temperature +10°C to 260°C, with the family's tightest ±0.5°C fluctuation and a 9°C gradient per brochure test conditions.
How is the DKV-610 controlled? By the VSD-1 controller with a 3.5-inch color LCD, offering fixed-temperature, quick auto-stop, auto-stop, auto-start, programmed auto-start, and program operation, plus RS-485 and 4–20 mA temperature-output terminals.
How many shelves are included? One stainless-steel perforated shelf plate and 2 brackets, across 13 shelf steps at 30 mm pitch. An extra shelf-and-bracket set (212266) is optional.
Does the DKV-610 need hardwiring? Yes — the 220V unit ships without a plug (round terminal) for hardwired installation.
