The Yamato DT-411 is the 91 L, 360 °C member of the DE/DT high-temperature clean-oven series (brochure model DT410) — a forced-convection clean oven that maintains Class 100 cleanliness during temperature stability via a heat-resistant HEPA filter, with a ceramic-fiber-insulated chamber rated to 360 °C under microprocessor PID control. It is the high-temperature 91 L clean oven, extending the DE-411's 260 °C ceiling to 360 °C for processes that demand both cleanliness and elevated temperature.

Application Profile

The 91 L DT-411 targets particle-sensitive dry-heat processing at elevated temperature to 360 °C. It handles high-temperature clean drying and baking of components that need both a low-particle environment and temperatures above the 260 °C DE ceiling, as well as clean high-temperature curing of advanced coatings and materials on parts where contamination must be minimized. Typical semiconductor and device processing includes high-temperature dehydration and post-process bakes under Class 100 conditions, along with contamination-controlled conditioning of materials that require an elevated thermal soak with clean process air. Up to 16-segment programmed thermal profiles with slope and repeat support these processes.

Ceramic-fiber insulation and a 3.6 kW heater extend the clean-oven concept to 360 °C — select the DT over the DE when the process exceeds 260 °C. (See laboratory-oven-selection.)

Design Architecture

The DT-411 uses forced convection driven by a 400 W sirocco fan through a heat-resistant HEPA filter (>99.97% at 0.3 µm), with a 3.6 kW stainless pipe heater and ceramic-fiber insulation for the 360 °C rating. Temperature is governed by microprocessor PID control reading a K-thermocouple double sensor, with a green LED display, 16-segment program operation (slope/repeat), calendar timer, integrating-hours counter (to 49,999 h), and calibration offset. A front analog differential-pressure gauge (0–500 Pa) monitors filter loading, and a manual exhaust damper controls venting; a 32.9 mm cable port is provided at the upper right. Uniformity at the 360 °C ceiling is ±4.0 °C (vs ±2.5 °C at 260 °C on the DE models), reflecting the higher operating temperature.

Safety includes an earth-leakage breaker with over-current protection, an independent temperature overheat-prevention device, a door switch, a key-lock function, and self-diagnostics for sensor abnormality, heater disconnection, triac short circuit, and automatic over-rise prevention. This model runs on AC200V three-phase, 11.5 A service (US nominal 220 V).

Frequently Asked Questions

What temperature does the DT-411 reach? The DT-411 operates from room temp. +30 °C up to 360 °C, extending the DE-411's 260 °C ceiling via ceramic-fiber insulation and a 3.6 kW heater under microprocessor PID control.

What cleanliness level does the DT-411 maintain? It maintains Class 100 cleanliness during temperature stability, using a heat-resistant HEPA filter rated >99.97% for 0.3 µm particles.

What is the difference between the DT-411 and the DE-411? Both are 91 L Class 100 clean ovens, but the DE-411 uses glass-wool insulation to a 260 °C ceiling, while the DT-411 uses ceramic-fiber insulation to reach 360 °C. Select the DT over the DE when the process exceeds 260 °C.

What power supply does the DT-411 require? The DT-411 runs on AC200V three-phase, 11.5 A, 50/60 Hz service (US nominal 220V); confirm your three-phase service and distribution board.

How is the DT-411 purchased and installed? As capital equipment, the DT-411 is quote-based. It is a floor-standing unit (700 × 1000 × 1765 mm, approx. 220 kg), so confirm floor space, door swing, and rigging at quote.

Ordering & Configuration

Standard delivery includes the oven, 2 stainless-wire shelf boards (approx. 30 kg/piece load endurance), and the instruction manual. A broad options list is available: temperature-output / time-up / external-alarm terminals, auto-damper, digital printer, analog recorder, external communication adapter, additional (triple) sensor, N2 induction device, abnormal-alarm lamp display, emergency-stop switch, extra shelf boards, and restart-mode select.

Options — printers, recorders, terminals, auto-damper, extra sensors, and shelving — are configured per workflow, and lead time and warranty follow Yamato standard capital-equipment terms. Confirm at quote:

  • Voltage and connection — AC200V three-phase, 11.5 A; confirm your three-phase service and distribution board.
  • Temperature and cleanliness — confirm the ≤ 360 °C requirement and Class 100 process (drying, curing, baking).
  • Floor footprint and access — 700 × 1000 × 1765 mm external, ~220 kg; confirm floor space, door swing, and rigging.

Request a quote to configure the DT-411 high-temperature clean oven for your process.

DE/DT clean-oven series: DE410 (91 L, 260 °C) → DE610 (216 L, 260 °C) → DT410 (91 L, 360 °C, this unit) → DT610 (216 L, 360 °C). DE models use glass-wool insulation to 260 °C; DT models use ceramic-fiber insulation to 360 °C. All are AC200V three-phase Class 100 clean ovens.
