When a vacuum drying oven processes materials that release condensable vapors, those vapors contaminate the vacuum-pump oil unless they are frozen out first. A cold trap (the Yamato CA301) sits between the oven and pump to condense that moisture and solvent. The ULV-DPCARKIT provides that connection for the DP43C/DP63C ovens, giving a leak-tight path from the oven's NW25 flange through the CA301 trap to the pump.
What does the ULV-DPCARKIT connect? It links a DP43C or DP63C vacuum oven to a CA301 cooling trap (and on to the vacuum pump), using rubber hose and adapters.
What's in the kit? A hose-port suction pipe (OD 18 mm × M20), a 50 mm square suction-port adaptor, a 1.5 m rubber vacuum hose (ID 16 mm), and a hose clamp (ID 7/16 in – 11 mm).
Why route through a cold trap? The CA301 trap freezes out condensable vapors before they reach the pump, protecting the pump oil and preserving vacuum performance. The kit itself is passive, no power required.
