The Yamato 297071 is the aluminum perforated-metal shelf for the Yamato ADP200C / ADP210C benchtop vacuum drying oven (the 10 L class, and the older ADP21). It matches the shelf shipped as standard with these ovens, adding a level for staging samples inside the small vacuum chamber.

In a small benchtop vacuum oven, shelf area is the practical limit on how much a lab can dry at once. The 297071 is the aluminum perforated shelf matched to the ADP200C/210C — aluminum for good heat conduction in the direct-heated vacuum chamber, and perforated so evacuated air and liberated vapor pass through toward the vacuum port. The ADP200C/210C ship with two such shelves across two shelf steps (65 mm pitch); an added 297071 lets a lab use both positions and stage more vials or dishes per pump-down.
Which oven does this shelf fit? The ADP brochure lists 297071 as the shelf for ADP200C / ADP210C (10 L); the manifest also references the older ADP21. The larger ADP300C/310C uses shelf 297072.
What is it made of, and how much can it hold? Aluminum perforated metal, rated to about 15 kg per shelf — the same as the shelf supplied with the oven.
Why aluminum and perforated? Aluminum conducts heat well in the direct-heated vacuum chamber, and the perforations let evacuated air and vapor move freely toward the vacuum port.
