The Watlow ramp-and-soak profiles let a validated drying method run unattended and repeatably.
Method-driven solvent removal. Multi-segment ramp/soak profiles remove residual solvents from powders, films, and reaction products on a defined thermal schedule rather than a single fixed setpoint.
Repeatable degassing and outgassing. Reduced pressure drives dissolved gases and volatiles out of resins, adhesives, and cast materials before curing or measurement, with the ±6.0 % midrange uniformity supporting consistent results across the shelf area.
Moisture-sensitive sample preparation. Bound and surface moisture is removed from hygroscopic reagents and materials samples before weighing, coating, or analysis, without oxidative exposure through the sealed, latched door.
