The Yamato ULV-ADPCARKIT is the rubber hose and clamp kit that plumbs an ADP-series vacuum drying oven to a CA-series cold trap. It supplies a 16 mm ID × 5 ft (1500 mm) rubber hose plus a hose clamp, routing the ADP oven's NW25 flange through a cold trap (such as the CA301) ahead of the vacuum pump. Order it whenever an ADP oven runs with a CA cold trap to protect the pump from condensable vapors.

When an ADP vacuum oven runs volatile or moisture-laden loads, a CA-series cold trap sits between the oven and the vacuum pump to condense vapors before they reach the pump. The Yamato ULV-ADPCARKIT is the hose kit that makes that connection: the ADP brochure's cold-trap installation diagram shows it joining the ADP oven's NW25 flange to the CA series trap with its 16 mm ID rubber hose and matching clamp. It is a passive plumbing accessory used within the ADP oven's 40–240 °C, 101–0.1 kPa operating envelope. Order it alongside a CA301 cold trap and a GLD pump kit to complete an ADP vapor-handling train.
