The F1000-RHS-100 is the 100-assay Accuris High Sensitivity RNA Quantification Kit — the low-input RNA chemistry in the F1000 fluorometric family. Sister to F1000-RBR-100 (Broad Range RNA) for routine RNA workflows; the High Sensitivity variant covers low-input RNA workflows where sample concentration falls below the Broad Range detection limit. Common low-input RNA scenarios: cell-free RNA (cfRNA) from plasma / serum, single-cell RNA-Seq prep, low-yield viral RNA extraction, FFPE-tissue RNA.
