The F1000-HS-100 is the 100-assay Accuris High Sensitivity dsDNA Quantification Kit, the low-concentration variant of the F1000 dsDNA quantification family. The High Sensitivity (HS) chemistry covers low-input dsDNA concentration ranges (typically 0.005–10 ng/µL; substantially lower than the Broad Range chemistry at 0.2–100 ng/µL), useful for low-yield extraction workflows (FFPE DNA, low-input clinical samples), cfDNA / liquid biopsy sample quantification, and any workflow where target dsDNA concentration falls below the BR detection range.

If the workflow's expected dsDNA concentration is unknown or spans both ranges, pick the BR for typical workflows or the HS for low-input workflows. Some labs run both kits in parallel for samples that may fall in either range.
