The Yamato MFH-800 is a strong magnetic stirrer with an integrated hot plate — the heated sister of the stir-only MFD-800. Design Architecture

The MFH-800 stacks two subsystems in one W165 x D275 mm chassis. The stir side is a 31 W DC brushless motor driving a neodymium magnet at 50–1600 rpm with five rotation modes and step-out detection — mechanically the same strong drive as the MFD-800. The heat side adds a 600 W mica heater under the ceramic-coated die-cast aluminum plate, governed by PID control and a PT100 sensor to RT +25 °C … 310 °C. An included external temperature sensor lets the controller regulate to the sample (±1.0 °C @ 50 °C) rather than the plate (±1.5 °C @ 100 °C internal).

The heated design carries a fuller safety stack than the stir-only MFD: overcurrent fuse (7A internal / 5A service outlet), temperature upper-limit error, overheating prevention at a fixed temperature, and a high-temperature warning, plus a service outlet, high-limit function, power-failure recovery mode selection, and calibration offset.
