The QuadCount workflow uses one chamber per cell-suspension sample; one slide supports up to 4 samples per slide:

QuadSlide vs Standard Test Slide

The QuadCount accessory family includes two distinct slide-format SKUs:

The QuadSlide (E7500-S1) is the workflow-recurring consumable; one slide is consumed per cell-counting session. The Standard Test Slide (E7500-STS1) is the periodic calibration slide — used on a maintenance schedule (weekly / monthly) to verify QuadCount counting accuracy against reference cell-count standards.
