The BR2000-SP is a set of 4 additional platform separators that add 1.25" to the BR2000-STACK stacking-platform clearance — sold at $60. The separators modularly extend the stacking-platform tier clearance beyond the standard 3.0" — combined with the BR2000-STACK stacking platform (3.0" base clearance), the separators yield 4.25" clearance on the lower tier, accommodating taller items that wouldn't fit beneath the standard 3.0" clearance.

The standard BR2000-STACK stacking platform sets 3.0" between the primary platform and stacking platform — adequate for shallow trays / membranes but insufficient for taller items (e.g., taller blot containers, tall sample trays, items with prominent caps / closures). The platform separators extend the clearance modularly:
