Why the "No Rotor Lid" Restriction
Per the Z326-0650-HS brochure footnote, the A15R adapter is used only without the rotor lid. The host round rotor's lid envelope assumes 50 mL round-bottom tubes filling the position — adding the adapter + 15 mL conical tube changes the load envelope, and the rotor lid may not seat correctly with the adapter installed.
